Shipping Policy

All Crayon goods purchased on Crayon Online Team Ship include free shipping, exclusive to Japan addresses. Most cases, in which the product is in stock, delivery will be within a week, if it is in Japan. Expect longer delivery times for international shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy

We provide a 30-day return policy for any official Crayon goods purchased from Crayon Online Team Shop. Any returned items shipped back will be paid by the purchaser. Direct return at Crayon Pop-Up Shop is also permitted. We ensure top quality goods that have Crayon brand on it, and will accept any returns that do not live up to those standards.
